xxHash and MurmurHash3 use seed 0 and are non-cryptographic.
hc <algorithm> hash uses the GPU when a CUDA or OpenCL device is available, the algorithm has a GPU kernel, and the maximum restore length is greater than 3. Otherwise it uses the CPU. There is no GPU flag.
