Procedure:

1. On provided list of current church members, the congregation selects five (5) members by popular vote (*in attendance) to serve alongside the Church Board to choose those who will constitute the Organizing Committee.

2. The aforementioned committee will convene with the "Board" to choose nine (9) members (seven (7) members and two (2) alternates) who will serve as the Nominating Committee.

3. The members selected by the Organizing Committee to act as the Nominating Committee will be read before the congregation to be affirmed by popular vote.

4. The resulting Nominating Committee will convene to elect the new church officials to serve for the following two (2) years. These elected officials will be formally verified by no less than two (2) church readings and affirmation by congregational vote .
