Having Android 4.4 KitKat or lower version in 2020 is OBSOLETE and I should not tell you this because you should already know.

If you use an older version of Android, PLEASE, consider using another device, because there are so many open vulnerabilities that you can't even count them.

This software was specifically made to include old versions of Android as well so it might work. I won't provide specific help for those versions.
