Quality Policy
In this Spotif* project we are using the Total Quality Management (TQM). The key concepts for us are:
- Quality is defined by customers' requirements.
- Top management has direct responsibility for quality improvement.
- Increased quality comes from systematic analysis and improvement of work processes.
- Quality improvement is a continuous effort and conducted throughout the organization.
Quality Objectives
It is based in the standard ISO 9000.
Quality plan
It will help us to set quality targets for the project to ensure that the deliverables produced, meet the needs of the customer. It schedules quality control and quality assurance activities, to assure the customer that the quality targets will be met. We are going to use the ISO 25010 for the quality model and ISO 25040 for the quality assesment.
Process Assessment
The assessment model we are using is SPICE for increasing the maturity because we think in the client. We have also selected SPICE to reduce costs.
Organizational structure
The team is divided in an organizational structure where each component has a role.
Data Management
In this project to organizate and manage the code we use the tool "Maven".
Continual Improvement Process
As it is said before, with the TQM we are going improving the quality of the product.
