Creation of web site describing the company and creation of social networks like Instagram.

Continue with web site improving the design.

• October 20th-->Meeting from 09:00 to 14:00

Choose the processes we are going to use.

• October 31st-->Meeting from 10:00 to 11:30

Install all the tools we will need such as the plugin of GitHub and Maven.

NOVEMBER

• November 8th-->Meeting from 16:00 to 18:00

Review at this moment. We check the web site and the processes.

• November 21st-->Meeting from 10:00 to 11:30

We start talking about the Spotif* project.

• November 24th-->Meeting from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00

UDP Planning for the Spotif* project. We finish Inception phase.

• November 27th-->Meeting from 09:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 21:00

We start with the elaboration phase.

• November 28th-->Meeting from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00

Finish elaboration phase and start with the new phase, construction.

• November 29th-->Meeting from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00

We continue with construction.

• November 30th-->Meeting from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00

We continue with construction.

DECEMBER

We finish the construction phase.

In next iteration (transition phase), which is after the delivery, we will correct the mistakes to obtain the beta version.
