Battle Pack 1 will be a unique challenge because it is a very unique set. The ratios are horribly skewed and based on set number. All of this comes from this article here. To summarise:

• All packs contain one card from the following ranges:
  • 001-055
  • 056-110
  • 111-170
  • 171-220
• There is also the fifth slot, which could be any card from the 220-card set.
• Not only that, but the ratios in slot 1 are skewed:

Around 36% of packs will have an Xyz Monster in this card slot.

There are 8 Xyz monsters, so this is a boost for them and a decrease in the odds of getting something else in the first slot, like Tour Guide from the Underworld (believe me, I tried).
