High - Breaks or affects fluid workflow, causes data loss or crash, Blocks use of existing features.

Med - Should fix before next release. Minor cosmetic issues that aren't eye sores.

Low - Should be fixed, but won’t stop shipping. Defer is possible.

FIX NOW Criteria for “stop what you’re doing and fix this bug”:

  • Affects most/all users
  • Breaks workflow
  • Results in unrecoverable error
  • Has High or Medium label
  • Does not have a quick/easy workaround
