LEMOLISH bricks Architecture: 2 versions - adm-irb/LEMOLISH GitHub Wiki
LEMOLISH can be built with one-to-three lasers, one or two detection paths, and with manual or motorized XYZ focusing. Those choices will determine the final price tag.
Most importantly, LEMOLISH can be easily modified and upgraded once you understand its basic blocks and their important gear-based mechanisms.
We propose two versions:
-
Single sided: Essential for science. The basic architecture for automated imaging with one side-detection (1 camera, 1 lens), and with manual XYZ focusing.
-
Double Sided: The complete architecture enabling two-sided imaging (0º and 180º) and motorized focusing on one of the sides to precisely realign the field of view to the other side.
