Weekly Report for Remote Internship - Week 1

Week of Internship : 1

Activities: Learnt Django from its documentation. Developed a web application which serves as a medium of interaction between mentors and interns. Went into depth of to design Html pages with styling them with BootStrap.

Issues/ Challenges : Learning of a new framework and programming language. Getting stuck on debugging. Learning how to deploy.

Targets Achieved : My equivalent work effort is 27 hours. It is in line to how much effort i had put.(Evaluator seems to be working fine!!!!!)

Technical Learnings : Python , Django, HTML , Bootstrap3, Improved my debugging skills.

Behavioural Learnings : Working in an open source environment with constantly interacting with fellow interns and mentors. It helps improve the communication skills , teaches us a lot. People have their views on a certain thing. Discussion and Feedback makes us think about what are the things which can be improved.
