Meeting Notes

  1. Discussion: we can try to identify, in covid pandemic, which authors/universities were most active
  2. We can work on:
    • Author distribution around the world in some topic
    • Number of papers on some topic with time
    • Ability to single out authors and look at their documents affiliations, topics, etc.
  3. We need to research and document PubMed Entrez API
  4. We need to research viz algorithms and document them
  5. We need to try some basic graphs using pyodide and networkx
