The following items should be considered prior to a complete release:

• Frequency: Needs to be implemented. See [PR Checker Issues] https://github.com/adhingra603/prchecker/issues/1 for implementation ideas.
• Formatting: determine a way in which the deployer can indicate some formatting in the messages. For example, late PR's are red, PR's approaching the age date are orange, et.
• Custom messages: Consider how to allows the deployer to construct custom messages which get published to Slack.
