This wiki page is about the gym_xplane environment. It is hoped that this page would help facilitate getting started with the environment and having a good grasp of the bigger picture of the project.

The Leaderboard page shows various proposed algorithm and their performance on a task or set of tasks. The task would be categorised into :

  1. Keep Heading (fixed and varying heading scenario)
  2. banking turn
  3. climbing turns
  4. Waypoint navigation
  5. takeoff
  6. Landing

Only the Keep Heading scenario is available now. Feel free to add or propose your own tasks too. To add other scenarios, you only need to make the right configuration scenario called situation in Xplane. Then change the KeepHeadingFile --> (XPlane Scenario File) to the new situation file.
