Elastic Beanstalk

There is no additional charge for AWS Elastic Beanstalk. You pay for AWS resources (e.g. EC2 instances or S3 buckets) you create to store and run your application. You only pay for what you use, as you use it; there are no minimum fees and no upfront commitments.

Elastic IPs are totally free, as long as they are being used by an instance. However, Amazon will charge you for each EIP that you reserve and do not use and for additional IP address associated with a running instance per hour on a pro rata basis.
