Duties

• Conduct elections
• Keep track of important administrative details / deadlines
  • Deadlines for SSF funding, grants, taxes, etc.
  • Upcoming event requirements
  • Group status
• Help out with other officers' duties, picking up the slack where it needs to be
• Help hold officer elections
  • Train in new officers

Advice

Delegate all the things. Make sure they get done. Generally keep an eye on all of the things (and the people.) Try not to be overbearing or take over others' projects, but make sure tasks are being completed on time. Also, make sure that your president is getting the support they need! The group can't function if the ones running the show are running out of steam!
