Duties

  • Take meeting minutes
  • Manage / maintain all administrative resources and information
    • Membership list
      • Can be tracked internally, on ACM portal, and Gopherlink
    • Maintain/organize Google drive & documents
    • Manage calendar (some overlap w/ Event Coordinator, but this isn’t only for events, also for important dates, etc)
      • Keep track of important dates and deadlines
  • Maintain inventory of cabinet contents
  • Maintain ACM National Membership
    • Update list of members and officers
    • Maintain logs throughout year of info required for annual report
    • Submit annual report (due July)
  • Maintain logs of participation
    • Track event attendance w/sign in sheets
    • Tally event participant count for each event
  • Create feedback survey for participants
    • Report to group on survey results

  • Maintain ACM room access list, communicate list to ACM (ACM offers our members free membership & room access)

  1. Sign in with your U of MN credentials: https://gopherlink.umn.edu/
  2. Go to our GopherLink page: https://gopherlink.umn.edu/organization/3161
  3. Click on the "Manage Organization" button
  4. Go to the "Roster" option on the left side menu and try not to ruin our organization with your newfound power ;)
