SDC usually takes place during a week in mid to late March.
The competition kicks off on Monday, a switch-up is presented on Friday, and judging takes place on the next Monday.

Registration
A google form should be made where student can sign up for the competition. Shorten the url using z.umn.edu.
Promotion
The registration form address should be advertised on all promotional materials starting about a month before the competition. Keep in mind that advertising over spring break is ineffective. Advertise using screens in Keller and Coffman as well as posters and quarter-sheet flyers. SDC can also be advertised via the ACM UMN newsletter as well as possibly the CS department mailing list.
