Science & Engineering Student Board (SESB)
If you are an existing student group or want to create one, you or another officer should attend SESB meetings. SESB can teach you everything you need to know about being a CSE student group. http://sesb.umn.edu/

Gopherlink
Gopherlink is how the university manages student groups. Gopherlink has many of the basic tools needed for a student group to function. Even if your group has a website already, you should keep your Gopherlink up to date for University reference. https://gopherlink.umn.edu/
Slack
It's how we communicate. Having officers enable Slack notifications helps speed up communication and group progress.

You can use the USTEM slack team to collaborate with student groups targeted toward underrepresented genders. https://ustem.slack.com/
Hopefully a similar slack will exist soon for all CSE Student groups. If not, bug SESB about it.
Conflict Resolution Center
They can help you with conflict resolution, de-escalation training, etc. http://www.crcminnesota.org/
