SlicerCIP is the integration of the Chest Imaging Platform (CIP) into 3D Slicer, a open-source workstation for medical-based image analysis.

SlicerCIP offers users an interface to the core tools provided by CIP and wide array of modules specifically oriented toward clinical applications. Our goal is to empower you with the tools that you need to conduct your clinical-based research using Chest CT images.

Getting SlicerCIP

SlicerCIP is provided as an Extension in the Slicer extension manager under the name "Chest Imaging Platform". Here are instructions about how you install extensions.
