Overview

The Data Pack is slated to be circulated to country teams Wednesday, January 10 and we need to ensure we're sending out a quality product with limited bugs and errors. We'll spend the hackathon reviewing the data pack structure and, in small teams, we will review the various portions of the Data Pack and Disagg Tool, located here on PEPFAR Sharepoint.

What we need to review:

  • validate data pull from Fact View, ie cross check indicator table with DATIM/Pano/other fact view pull
  • review distribution on IM distro tab
  • verification on assumption tab values
  • check formulas on all tabs
  • test moving data from IM targets tab to disagg tool
  • review distribution tabs
  • check formulas on all target tabs

We would like to have all participants be available in the conference tool to best facilitate the process. If people have scheduling conflicts, they're free to come and go, but we would love to have you for the entire duration of the hackathon. There will be lots of back and forth conversation in the room as questions and issues arise, so it would be great for people to be present. If you can't make it, you can still review the Data Packs which are available on PEPFAR Sharepoint.

Capturing Issues and Questions

To best capture the issues and questions that arise, we would encourage you capture these on the Issues page. All issues should be tagged with the Hackaton tag & associated help tag. You'll need to create a Github account to contribute.
