Introduction

eesDispatch1 charges and discharges each EES in the order they are listed. So if the EES input into the EESS is the order: [ees0,ees1], then ees0 will be charged and discharged first. After ees0 is fully charged or discharged, then ees1 will be charged or discharged, respectively. This is to represent a system where ees0 can be cycled more frequently and ees1 should not be cycled as much.
