Even though our eskin system can handle overlays, the memory available in the hardware unfortunately isn't enough and causes us to crash.

YAMJ offers the ability to have fancy artwork options without slowing down Eversion or using more memory. Anyone can adjust YAMJ settings for this option and we have put together a handful of common choices people ask for.

If you are using a default yamj and eversion install:

• Add the settings to your skin-user.properties file if you have one
• Click on the skin-user.properties filename found above all setting options below
• Save it to yamj/skins/eversion
• Run yamj and enjoy (DO NOT TOUCH THE JUKEBOX, THERE IS NOTHING TO DELETE)

If you have tried an artwork option and you want to change to a new one:

• remove the settings of your previous artwork from skin-user.properties
• add the new settings.
• Delete all the png files in your Jukebox folder (only the png files).
• run yamj and enjoy!

If you want to go back to plain images:

• remove the settings from skin-user.properties (or delete the file if you have no additional custom options)
• run YAMJ to update the artwork
