With most YAMJ Skin changes, it's best to rework all the artwork for the new skin. In html skins this is vital because the older pch hardware didn't resize images correctly. In Eversion this is not as important but you'll have a huge quality decrease if you don't.

NAS Installations:

Every major nas setup has instructions to setup YAMJ. None of these come with Eversion. Follow their instructions and test with the default skin really fast to make sure it work. Then treat it like any other switching to eversion skin install.

Before you start:

• Backup your Jukebox.
• Backup your existing YAMJ install.
• Upgrade YAMJ.
• Download a new version of YAMJ MIRROR
• Delete the lib and properties folder in your existing yamj install
• Unzip ONLY the lib and properties folders from your downloaded version.

Installing

• Download the YAMJ Eversion skin version
• Make a folder called eversion in your skins folder
• Unzip the downloaded eversion into the eversion folder you just made
• Edit your yamj moviejukebox.properties files and change the skin to eversion: mjb.skin.dir=./skins/eversion
• Delete your existing Jukebox folder
• Run YAMJ to replace it with your new eversion skin.

OPTIONAL

There is an optional large download of studio icons in the download section. These just enhance the skins with the network/studio that made your movies/tv shows. Inside the zip is install instructions, but you just unzip them into the eversion folder and run yamj to copy them to the jukebox.
