Team Management - accessibilitysoftwarehub/FaceSwitch2 GitHub Wiki

This page is dedicated to team management documentation.

1. Team Meetings

We have a meeting held at Polytech every Monday at 1pm. This meeting is aimed to determine the state and direction our Face Switch software is heading. Basically, we just have a brief discussion about future changes, past changes and who will take care of which issue.

2. Issues

Issues are brought to attention when we as a team decide what our software needs, what it doesn't need, and what we need to change in order to satisfy all requirements. We aim to take care of these issues at an individual level, meaning each team-member can choose which issues they'll work on over the next week, and this is usually discussed before the meeting ends, so we have a plan ready to hand in by next week. To raise an issue outside of the meeting, click here.

3. Raising issues

During the team meeting is where most issues are brought up. We address key areas that need to be touched such as, what needs to be changed, removed, added, and also giving timelines, deadlines. Everyone should leave happy, and not regret having had said that thing that they wished they had said. Though if you are unable to say it during the meeting, you can raise an issue here.
