The current version of XWAS-FUSION uses the SGE as the scheduler for job submissions. If you are using another scheduler please contact Alexia Cardona.

To generate weights run:
XWAS_FUSION_weights.sh <path to configuration file>

You should receive an email once the weights have been generated.
