This page will allow users to retrieve their forgotten usernames

As an Account Owner, I can retrieve my forgotten username by email so that I can access my account.

Scenario 1: Retrieve Username
Given that the user has an account and he/she cannot remember their username, when he/she clicks on “Forgot Username?” link, the website will bring the user to the the 'forgotten user' form and he/she will receive their username through email
