During this phase, players take turns automatically executing one order at a time.

Empty orders cause execution to immediately continue to the next player.

Orders that cannot be fully executed are set aside and will be continued in the next action phase. If a tile or unit is destroyed before it becomes its turn to act, its order is discarded and execution continues with the next player.

At the end of the action phase, each player is informed of their current list of orders.
