• Create a Windows Server Template
• Create a VM Customization Specification file
• Deploy a VM using that file

Issues

I think the only issues I really had was a misunderstanding of how to use a VM Customization Specification file when deploying a VM from a template, and also when it "kicks in" I guess. The test VM had to restart after initial powering on to set the data that was entered during deployment. It was a really cool thing to learn though.
