tasker add [note] # <tag1>, <tag2>, ..., <tagN>

Adds a new note with the tags listed. Tags are separated by commas. The note and the tag (tags) shouldn't contain hash symbols (as hash symbol is used as a delimeter).

Note is optional. If note is not entered, just the tags will be added.
