In this section, we provide a brief overview of the stitching pipeline used by our tool. For further details, please see the QuickGuide, the TeraTools Documentation, and our Publications.

TeraStitcher uses a pipeline of 6 steps and XML descriptors to input/output processing metadata. An overview of the pipeline is given below (click on the steps for more details).
