Meeting with Abi and Matt

• We accept that there are very few covid patients for the CCHIC analysis, and continue to try predicting PMV as per CCAA analysis.
• Draw exploratory graphs, and try running the regression. Can discuss if there are issues with the outcome definition later.
• Email about any issues I'm having with variables. (Antibiotics + Charlson + vasoactives)

After the CCHIC analysis is done create 2 documents.

• Thesis doesn't need a narrative. Just describe what I tried and the results, and the method and learning.

• Manuscript. Need to pick a narrative. Also decide if clinical vs methods.

• Set up a meeting in new year about my chapters, and timelines for each one.
