Meeting with Steve, Matt, Abi.

Contract:

• Steve has kindly found money to fund me till July 2025 on my UCL contract. It will involve me doing some CCHIC work, which will hopefully be mostly covered by me doing the ventilation study.
• My PhD funding expires in Sep 2027 at 0.5FTE. I will ask how long I will have if I move to full time in July 2025. Will probably have till August 2026.
• I need to come up with a date I'm hoping to submit the PhD by. To me, mid 2026 would be good.

• Idea is for me to create a 4th chapter by replicating the existing questions on the CCHIC work. If necessary, can frame the downsampling thing as a new question.

Next steps:

• I try to answer the prolonged ventilation question. Start by defining ventilation periods and working out how useful the data in OMOP is.
• I finish writing up the CCAA trache question. Also consider doing the landmark study bit Matt will share links to.
