Trache study

• I draft an email to the potential methods supervisor and copy Steve in.
• Not many emulated target trials publish protocols, but I will look into doing so on Wellcome Open or clinicaltrials.gov for CCAA collaborators.
• CCHIC data committee meeting was cancelled, so I will just keep chasing Steve about approval.
• CCAA meetings not happening either. I will keep chasing Abi.
• I can start using both sets of data for the study as long as I don't publish till I get approval.
  • List variables and locations I can find them in each dataset.
  • Extract data in useful format for CCAA and CCHIC.
  • Fit very simple prediction model for vent.
  • Fit very simple version of first ETT.
• Ruth has shared comments on protocol. I will address them.

OMOP

• Steve will email TR when ready
• I'm proposing intro and methods with Daniel
• I chase existing oxtrec approval to see if I can use it

Thesis committee

• I share proposed summary document with Abi and Steve. They share it with Ramani and ask if she's happy with it.
