Trache study

• I start by trying to get the severity score calculations working for CCHIC. Use the old package I wrote as a start.
• I think about narrowing down the study to include covid patients only, so we reduce variation from different diagnoses.
• I will respond to Ruth's comments on the protocol.
• After it's cleaned up, we will all have a longer meeting to review it.

OMOP

• Again, I start writing code with Daniel to calculate severity scores on OMOP databases.

Thesis committee

• Abi will send my draft report to Ramani.
• I have a look at the original timelines and objectives we proposed and check we have a plan for all the chapters. Abi also has thoughts about other projects she can connect me with.
