Thesis committee

• TC meeting on Feb 7th.
• I have shared draft proposal, Abi to edit.
• Steve to chase David again since no response.

CC-HIC

• Claire and I have done mappings that have gone though to the dataset.
• I can now see when people have inserted/removed ETTs and traches in the dataset. It matches the front-end.
• Next step, seeing how the data items interact, and looking at ventilator machine information.
• Have managed to get CCAA DQ package running inside UCLH, need to adapt it to run on the older OMOP version CCHIC is using.
• OMOP paper, have drafted methods section + bullet points for results, Abi will share feedback.

• Still no response from either CC-HIC or CCAA data applications, though Claire said CC-HIC one was approved.
