• Thesis committee meeting is scheduled for 5th Dec at 12pm
• CCHIC SAG and CCAA DAC responses should arrive within the week

• I try to get at least one mapping through the 'pipeline' we've set up for mapping Epic items to OMOP, using the spreadsheet the OMOP team have said they will share. Afterwards, I will ask if they've mapped the procedure order part of SDEs, since that contains airway information also.
• I try applying the data quality package to OMOP.

OMOP paper

• Agreed to write the paper up with CCAA only, and add CC-HIC/NICE only if timelines work.
• I will share an example paper with Abi and draft the methods and results sections.
