Actions from last meeting:

  • Fill in high risk UCL REC application
  • Draft proposal + slides + personal development plan for TC meeting.
  • Fill in CCAA DAA application

Actions for Aasiyah before next meeting:

  • Thesis committee:

    • Email KG asking him to join thesis committee. Abi will look at draft.
    • Message someone from CDT asking for example of TC prep materials.
    • If possible, reuse existing proposal sent to CDT. Not possible.
    • Create slides and personal development plan. Share with Abi and Steve for review.

  • Tracheostomy timing question:

    • Revise REC application to indicate that CCAA does not need GDPR.
    • Draft data protection officer and risk assessment applications required for UCL REC.
    • Ask Steve to review above and request sign off with IHI head.
    • Write formal protocol using templates Abi shared.
    • Once Abi reviews protocol, submit to CCAA clinical leads asking for agreement to implement research.

  • OMOP question (priority is trache question ethics):

    • Write formal protocol using templates.
    • Once Abi reviews, submit protocol to OxTREX asking for ethics waiver.

Actions for others

  • SH and David to review CCAA DAA and comment on authorship. Can submit once they approve.
  • Abi to review Gantt chart if interested.
  • Abi to review revised protocols once Aasiyah shares.
  • David to review trache protocol once Aasiyah shares.
