  • Meeting with David 10th at 11am. We agree he supervises if he's happy to.
  • CCAA OMOP runs on local docker for all registries. I work with Ishara on next steps, but don't spend too much time mapping variables before defining the ones we need.
  • CCHIC OMOP moving slowly since devs have less time.
  • May be an idea for me to work with CHIMERA team to figure out locations of common variables in Epic. This will let us point them out to Ricardo etc, when doing bundle 2.
  • Agree to focus on research question regarding trache timing. this paper is the template.
  • Apply question to both CCAA and UCH.
  • Abi and I read paper in more detail and come up with more concrete plan and list of necessary data items.
  • Also do some descriptive work to understand proportion of CCAA patients with Trache, etc.
