- http://www.flotcharts.org/ looks pretty much like all we need, data points have tooltips and it has a rescaling feature - but of course we couldn't use the code that's already written :/
- http://code.shutterstock.com/rickshaw/ lots of features and nice appearance but I don't know about rescaling
