If your error sounds like one of these, follow the instructions underneath it:

"Could not load file or assembly [file] or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported."

You're running into the same issue as some people have with SB3Utility; Windows is blocking the .dll files in your plugins directory.

You have two options here:

• Delete everything inside the plugins folder but leave the folder intact (but you'll lose the built in plugins)
• Right click every .dll file inside the plugins folder, click properties and there should be a button at the bottom saying "unblock". Click that for each of them.
