Gigaset N510 and N720 config

The config for the gigaset DECT controllers has two special things to consider: The LDAP queries from gigaset are different to the innovaphone ldap queries, the code handles this for you When using international numbers in LDAP entries, the gigaset replace the + with 00, but you don't have a real way to specify the trunk number. The ldap server handles this for you, when you specify a dn with gigaset in it
