-=Singles and Doubles Tournament Rules:=-
-Sets vs Match:
A "Match (or Game)" ends once a player loses their 3 stocks in the current set. A "Match (or Game)" also ends if one player has more stocks than their opponent, giving the player with the higher stock count the game winning point. A "Set" ends once a player wins 2/3 of the matches.
-Illegal Class Selection:
Classes that aren't considered complete enough, such as those without official weapon models, are banned. This includes Citizen, Shadow-Barbarian, Monk, Fairy, and "SpetumArts" Sea-Turtle doesn't have a weapon model, but is complete enough to be legal to compete.
-Sudden Death:
Happens when both players are still alive with the same number of stocks left, when the timer runs out. It does NOT happen if one player has one stocks than the other. That would be a time over, and give the player with the higher stock count the winning game point. Both players are fully healed, and are asked to warp back into the map at the same time, and stay at the spawn points, until the judge says to start the match. They get 1 stock, regardless of how many stocks they previously had. If the sudden death ends up being a tie, which is called via the judge (Minimum 3 minutes, maximum 8 minutes), each player is rewarded 1 point, making the next match the set winning game, if both players have 1 point. Otherwise if a player got their 2nd point this way, then that player is the winner.
-Items:
Outside Items, ie; Potions, throwable items, and scrolls purchased from shops... are banned.
-Forfeit:
If a player manually warps out of the arena at any time, they are forfeited from the set entirely.
-Spawn Camping:
There is a 8 second "shot clock" rule. If the player waits in spawn longer than that, they are kicked out, and the match will be forfeited.
-Spectators:
If the spectators somehow interfere with the set, they get a temp ban of 2 days. A spectator dying from an attack will be considered interfearence, due to some classes healing from getting kills. The judge will decide if the "interfearence" was accidental or not. Ie: Reaper uses Grieving Wind in a random direction by accident, and hits a spectator. However, if it is found out that the 2 players planned out to cheat doing method like this, both players are temp banned for 7 days. We can prove this if the same mistake happens repeatedly (2-3+ times).
-The Judge(s): Current Judge(s): Rijam.
The main person(s) who enforces the rules. The Judge(s) also gets to pick a legal stage at random. The Judge(s) can only pick from the legal stages, and can not pick from the counter-pick stages. The Judge(s) also keeps track of the score/stock count as well as the time limit. The Judge(s) can not be in the tournament, nor be a referee to any of the players competing.
-Counter-Picking:
When a stage is chosen, the player who lost the previous match, now has the option to "counter-pick" one of the counter-pick stages. However, the player can choose any legal stage as well, if they so choose. Only applicable for the 2nd and 3rd round of a set.
-Switching Classes:
Switching classes is ONLY allowed IN-BETWEEN matches. Changing classes during a match will cause a force forfeit. If the player refuses to leave the map after switching classes, a temp ban of 3 days will happen.
