Important Note: Internal tier is based on the internal numbering thing java uses, so technically speaking, HP Regen 1 is internally HP Regen 0.
HP Regen:
Formula: HP Healed = (0.2%Max*(Internal_Tier+1) + (1.5+(Internal_Tier*1.5))) Every 0.4 seconds. Examples: HP Regen 2 heals 0.5% Max HP, plus a flat of 4 HP.
- HP Regen 1: 0.2% + 1.5
- HP Regen 2: 0.4% + 3.0
- HP Regen 3: 0.6% + 4.5
- HP Regen 4: 0.8% + 6.0
- HP Regen 5: 1.0% + 7.5
- HP Regen 6: 1.2% + 9.0
- HP Regen 7: 1.4% + 10.5
- HP Regen 8: 1.6% + 12.0
- HP Regen 9: 1.8% + 13.5
- HP Regen 10+: 2.0% + 15.0
Mana Regen:
Formula: Mana Healed = (0.1%Max*(Internal_Tier+1) + (1.5+(Internal_Tier*1.5))) Every 0.4 seconds.
- Mana Regen 1: 0.1% + 1.5
- Mana Regen 2: 0.2% + 3.0
- Mana Regen 3: 0.3% + 4.5

Formula: Cooldown = (0.4*(Internal_Tier+0.4)) Seconds, Every 1 second.

- Haste 3: 1.2 second reduction
- Haste 4: 1.6 second reduction
- Haste 5: 2.0 second reduction
- Haste 6: 2.4 second reduction
- Haste 7: 2.8 second reduction
