These are the game mechanices that has been rewritten by the addon

Unnatural Regeneration:

Health bar points will no longer regenerate naturally

Even if the hunger bar points are full, the health bar points won't regenerate

How to properly regenerate the health bar points?

Health bar points now requires Healing Items to regenerate. Healing Items restores 1.5 health points per each uses

Conditional Navigation:

Coordinates will be hidden by default

Even if it was enabled when creating the world, the coordinates will be hidden when entering the world. Enabling it on the world settings after entering the world won't help, the coordinates will be hidden when closing the world settings

How to properly enable the coordinates?

Obtain a Compass, then hold it. Once it held, the coordinates will appear

Randomized Respawn Radius:

The respawn distance is 128 blocks away from the world spawn point

Bed's respawn point is not affected

Durability: 8

Clears Mining Fatigue, Nausea, Poison, Slowness, Weakness & Wither on consume

Regenerates the player's health bar points who stands on it

Rarely generates at Y: 32 to Y:-32. Drops 3-6 Heart Shards & 2-5 Experience Orbs when mined

Used for crafting the Heart Crystal. Can be obtained by mining the Heart Shard Ore

Used for adding 2 additional hearts to the base hearts. Can only be used 10x times
