• Among Us on Epic Games running on the most compatible version of Among Us

1. Find your game's install directory and duplicate the game folder. Rename it to something like Among Us (ATR).
2. Download this zip file, unzip it, and place the exe file inside your copied folder. Proceed to Mod Installation.

1. Make sure Epic Games is open and you're signed in.
2. Open the PowerShell app and run the command:

iwr https://github.com/whichtwix/EpicGamesDowngrader/releases/latest/download/DowngradeEpic.ps1 -UseBasicParsing | iex 

Note: You may have to press "Y" a few times through the prompts on screen. Once it has finished, your downgraded folder will be at C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\Games\AmongUs. Proceed to Mod Installation.

1. Download the latest version of All The Roles that supports Epic Games from here.
2. Extract the contents of the archive into your Among Us (ATR) folder.
   • Among Us.exe and the BepInEx folder should both be visible in the same place.

If everything was set up correctly, launching the EpicGamesStarter.exe file in the Among Us (ATR) folder should open Among Us with the All The Roles logo on the home screen.

• Among Us on Itch.io running on the most compatible version of Among Us
• The Itch.io app

To start, install Among Us in the itch.io app.

If downgrading is required, go to your Library, right-click Among Us, then Manage, then Switch to another version.... Select the correct version here.

1. Right click on Among Us, then Manage, then Open folder in explorer.
2. Download the latest version of All The Roles that supports Itch.io from here.
3. Extract the contents of the archive into your game folder.
   • Among Us.exe and the BepInEx folder should both be visible in the same place.

If everything was set up correctly, launching the Among Us.exe file in the Among Us (ATR) folder should open Among Us with the All The Roles logo on the home screen.

• Among Us on the Microsoft Store / Xbox App or Game Pass

1. Download the latest version of All The Roles that supports Microsoft Store from here.
2. Go into the Xbox App and click Manage on Among Us.
3. Go into the Files tab and then click Browse....
4. Go into the folder of Among Us, then Content, until you see the game's files in the folder.
5. Extract the contents of the archive into your Content folder.
   • Among Us.exe and the BepInEx folder should both be visible in the same place.

If everything was set up correctly, launching Among Us from the Xbox App should open the auto updater, then Among Us with the All The Roles logo on the home screen.

• Among Us on Steam running on the most compatible version of Among Us

If downgrading is required, you can do so by clicking Properties, then Betas, then selecting public-beta or public-previous. If the mod runs on latest, then make sure that the Beta is set to None.

Once you've installed the game, navigate to its install folder - Manage, then Browse local files. Duplicate the folder that Among Us is installed to, rename it to something like Among Us (ATR), and proceed to the next step.

2. Extract the contents of the archive into your Among Us (ATR) folder.
   • Among Us.exe and the BepInEx folder should both be visible in the same place.

If everything was set up correctly, launching the Among Us.exe file in the Among Us (ATR) folder should open Among Us with the All The Roles logo on the home screen.

• Among Us on Steam running on the most compatible version of Among Us
• Protontricks from your preferred Flatpak manager

If downgrading is required, you can do so by clicking Properties, then Betas, then selecting public-beta or public-previous. If the mod runs on latest, then make sure that the Beta is set to None.

Once you've installed the game, navigate to its install folder - Manage, then Browse local files. Duplicate the folder that Among Us is installed to, rename it to something like Among Us (ATR), and proceed to the next step.

2. Extract the contents of the archive into your Among Us (ATR) folder.
   • Among Us.exe and the BepInEx folder should both be visible in the same place.
3. In Steam, navigate to the bottom left Add a Game button and select Add a non-Steam game. From here, select your Among Us.exe from the Among Us (ATR) folder.
4. Right click on Among Us (in Steam), then click Properties, then Compatibility, then Enable the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool.
5. Select your preferred Proton version from the drop-down menu. In testing, 9.0-4 has worked just fine, but most versions should work.
6. Launch this shortcut once, which won't load the mod correctly, but it's needed for the next step.

1. Open Protontricks, then scroll down to the entry for your Non-steam shortcut: [name of shortcut] and select it.
2. Then, select Edit the default wine prefix, then Run winecfg.
3. In winecfg, click Libraries. Enter winhttp into the text box, click Add and then OK. You can now exit Protontricks.

If everything was set up correctly, launching the Steam shortcut for All The Roles should open Among Us with the All The Roles logo on the home screen.
