Summary

In this Lab, I configured a small network in packet tracer, setting up 4 workstations and a switch, and then using simulation mode to see the process of an arp request.

Useful Commands/Instructions

• The ping command was useful in this lab for testing connectivity between two PCs, as well as for triggering an ARP request.
• Cisco Packet Tracer was a useful tool in this lab as it was used in simulating a network and showing the process of an ARP request.
• You can get admin on the switch CLI in Packet Tracer by typing enable or en for short
