A Tank Refiller is used to refill Oxygen Tanks to their full capacity.

It can store 3000 units of energy and 3000 units of oxygen.

Usage

To use a Tank Refiller, it must be supplied with oxygen and energy via conduits. As long as both of these criteria are filled, a Tank Refiller can refill any Oxygen Tank placed within its GUI.
