Questions to help the team to adopt an Agile mindset

  1. What is the least product increment to test out (verify) the most important idea (hypothesis) about the product?

  2. What is the least I need to know and decide, to do this for this sprint?

  3. How accurate were we in forecasting the scope of the product increment for this sprint? What can we learn from this about the team's work capacity or effort estimation?

  4. What is the most valuable thing I can be working on right now to achieve the sprint goal? (Is what I am working on right now contributing towards the sprint goal?)

  5. How can I help my team mates to contribute towards the sprint goal?

  6. Are we sharing information and understanding often enough with each other and the PO?

  7. Is everyone motivated and engaged doing work? Why or why not?

  8. Is there a better way to do this together?

Agile is reflective and experimental to continually deliver great value to the client by constantly improving how we collaborate together.
