Q. Why you created ReX?

2 days ago, 04/08/2023, I opened a Pull Request to summit Whitelist feature. But inotia00 said that I should fork and introduce it to user. So today we have ReX here.

1. Today, 06/08/2023, inotia00 changed his Telegram name to X :))) That's why I choose ReX, because ReX is Re-Continue inotia00 work.
2. ReX can also be understood as Revanced Extended.
