The Order Archive minutes detailed information about Xyna Orders during and after their run. Depending on the Monitoring Level, which is defined with the order's Order Type, it can keep following essentially information:

• Order ID
• Priority
• Start Time: When did an order start
• Last Update: The last change in state of an order
• Order State
• Order Type
• Custom Fields
• Error Messages
• Audit: The keeping of detailed information on every single Process Step, that was taken inside a Workflow and its Subworkflows, depends on the Monitoring Level of the given Xyna Order.

Please note: There are far more information inside the Order Archive, but most of them will rather be used for internal and technical purposes.

The Order Archive can be monitored inside the Order Overview of the Xyna Process Monitor.
