json comments

It is possible to add comments into the global and project settings json files.
Before the files contents will be parsed by json_decode() every linne beginning with "//", "/*", "* " or "*/" will be deleted.

Variables in sample settings.

Any "[text in brackets]" found inside a string value in the global and project settings is meant to be replaced by your data.
